These must be competitor reviews other than mine I have been going to SmartStyle for years and never had a complaint. They have always treated me with professionalism and courtesy. And they don't take appointments it's on a walk-in basis.

Didnt even make it to the salon before giving it a zero rating. I was going to give it a shot despite the two one star reviews but when I called to ask very basic questions the girl on the phone was unwarrantedly ride to me. When I have a nice "okay, thank you!" She paused before just hanging up the phone. Absolutely no way to run a business and the owner should be ashamed of this type of "customer service ". 3/27/17 @ 7:00pm

Made an appt for myself and my 2 girls (yes it was Sunday and we just wanted shampoo/style for beach pics) I told this to sarah, who took my reservations when I called that day. When we got there 10 min early for our 2:30 appt. we were greeted by someone who was seating their next haircut and told "oh, you must have talked to the other girl and she just left for the day." I stated that we had an appt. she took my name and number... She said sorry, she left! I understand maybe she had an emergency but the "new girl" could have honored our appt's or at least tried to call
