Okay, so I've never written a review for anything before, but this was such a bad experience people need to know. About a week ago I came in to get my hair died to a different color than my original color. I told the stylist what I wanted to be done and even showed a picture of what I was thinking about getting. Throughout the entire time, she was quiet and didn't seem to be in a good mood. After she was done, she curled my hair to where it looked halfway decent. She charged me double then what I thought I was needed to pay. I paid her willingly and generously tipped her well. After a few days went by the color started to fade dramatically and after the first wash, the color was practically gone. I have died my hair many different colors and have never had any color fade before the week was over. I feel like I've wasted time and money getting my hair done here. I'm sure that other stylists are wonderful, but my first experience here was not a good one.

I have never written a review before, but this is ridiculous and I am astounded. I recently got my hair cut here and it is more than an inch uneven in length. I asked for layers and there are no layers. I can live with forgetting that, not worth the money but I can forgive that. But ruining my hair by making it completely asymmetrical is unforgivable. It will take months for this to grow out. My hair was past my shoulders before I went here. I asked for it to be cut between my shoulders and my chin - and this is what I get. It's not like it was a complicated request. I hope my review keeps others from making the same mistake I did by going to this salon.

Great experience. Love my new color and cut. Sandy Star is awesome. I put everything in her hands. She did a great job. Ask for Sandy!!!!

Absolutely the best. I love that I never leave disappointed. Getting my hair cut and or colored isn't always easy. I've had poor experiences in the past at different salons. NOW I have never been let down with Stacey Stack taking care of me. She's the best hands down. Great place, great staff, and make sure to ask for Stacey. 😊
