My teenage daughter and I always get a great hair cut here. It is our neighborhood go to spot. Everyone knows us there and are so nice and treat us with deals! I say give them a chance, the values are better than the high priced salons. As for the nice young man with the dark hair, he has really improved his skills as a stylist and with customers. The only negative I might have is stylists come and go, so just when I find someone I like, they move on!(But that happens in many salons)

Had some guy with long black hair, and lots of tattoos cut my hair.
It's like he missed an entire layer on the right side of my head and it was tucked away so I couldn't see it until I started playing with my hair at home. How on earth do you miss about 4 inches of that much hair. I am not the only person who has received a bad haircut from this guy, he messed up my dads hair too. I am hoping to go back in when he isn't working and get it fixed, or get a refund and go somewhere else. I have never had a haircut this bad.
