Had my first dip today- went horribly. I showed my technician a picture of exactly how I wanted my nail, and she said she would try her best. It was a very neutral colored nail, no design. She then proceeded to show me a bunch of sample nails which I sifted through and picked the lightest, most natural color, only after insisting again to her that I want the most natural colored nail possible. I graduated college the following day and wanted my nail to look very professional in my picture receiving my diploma. Not only were my nails irregular, extremely thick, from the dip, They turned out a hot Barbie pink color. I told her plenty of times it was coming out too bright and she said it would be lighter, then she insisted it was pretty, and then she had her brother finish the job. I’m assuming that’s because I wasn’t thrilled. Her brother went on to explain that sometimes the nail companies make it hard, making it seem as if they appear lighter on the sample nail than what they really are. I should have been advised by the nail tech from the beginning that it probably wasn’t going to be what I was looking for in color. I would have done something completely different- like a plain manicure with clear polish if that had been communicated to me FIRST. It is a clean, and super pretty location, but I paid for the nail I wanted which I didn’t get.

This was my first experience with this salon and I was hopeful after reading many reviews. We called ahead of time but were told to just come walk into the salon.
No fault of their own, but the salon was busy and we were told they were understaffed today. They asked us to wait about 25 minutes, which was totally fine. Unfortunately it took about 40 until we were seen. Even after waiting a longer amount of time, I was still very open and looking forward to my manicure. Salons get busy on the weekend and that’s understandable.
The problem I have was the quality once I was seen. I was getting a dip manicure. Anyone who has had one knows that they can a bit longer than a traditional manicure. However, my tech was done in 15 minutes.if I felt like the quality was there it wouldn’t be an issue, however there was NO manicure involved. It felt like a polish change. Even after mentioning that I’d like my cuticles trimmed she did nothing about it. I was rushed off and they glided the next customer in. My sisters standard pedicure took more time than my manicure (including taking of the prior dip). On top of that it was $50 dollars, which is outrageous for the service that was provided. I have uneven grown out cuticles all across my hands and will most likely need to go somewhere else to get the service redone.
I was really disappointed in the experience.

The nail shop was recommended by a co-worker after I noticed and complimented her on how nice her pedicure was. She also told me to ask for Mandy, one of the nail technicians, whenever I decided to go. I went in this afternoon and was pleased with the pedicure Mandy gave me. She was quite delightful and did a wonderful job on my feet!🙂

Tony-le did a great job on my nails today. Went in for a gel manicure but he suggested the dip nails which I'd never done before and I'm so glad he suggested it. It makes my real nails stronger and is so smooth and shiny. Super quick and I love that they offer beverages of all kinds. A little pricey but worth it for a job well done!

Beautiful place and very friendly. Unfortunately, I wasn't pleased with the service received. I got the $45 pedicure which was just ok and it felt rushed. I asked for gel pink and white french on my toes. It was terribly done and did not look professional at all. In total with tip it cost me $75. I am very disappointed.
UPDATE: Manager told me to call and when I did he apologized and made it seem like he was going to refund me. He told me he would call me back but never did. If a refund was issued I would've been more then willing to update this review. I feel at this point having me call and then doing nothing to fix the situation was even more of a waste of my time than sitting there getting an unprofessional pedicure. Consider going elsewhere, plenty of other salons around that care about customer service.
