Brought my sister and I to get a pedi. The guy I got (tatted arms, didn’t get his name) had the WORST customer service. He rushed through my pedicure (was about 20min or less, was super rough with my feet, dug his thumb nail into my toes as he was painting them, put those toe spacers on, finished applying the nail polish, and literally left me there and went straight to another person to do her nails (without his washing hands). I saw how my sister and another girl (who was already there when we arrived) got exceptional service. I’m actually a very understanding person, so I waited to see if he would address me or let me know what to do next. Nothing. I paid and left. Should’ve read the reviews first.

Fair pricing. Great staff. Very friendly! Amazing work. Will come back next time I'm in town.

This place only has two out of like five people that does decent work on the nails.for some reason they never go by the door or website schedule they stay close whenever they feel like it and put a handmade sign on the door saying they are closed and they change the days they want to say they are closed on. So I go all the way there thinking they are open and they arnt.

Got my nails done exactly a week ago and got a fill and one tip repaired. The “repaired” nail has already came off and 80% my jewels I got on my nails have already fallen off. I don’t do any type of heavy duty work where I’m using my hands a lot. Thankful I have nail glue at home. Poor quality and was rushed even tho I had made an appointment at 6 and wasn’t even seen till almost 7. Not coming back here again.

Worst service ever!!! I left with my feet worse than I came in with. Have to go home and rescrub my own feet. I asked for a pedicure with parrifin wax which I didn't get. The lady told me price ($45) which I was ok with. Then said its $15 more for shellac, which I was ok with also. Then waits 5 mins and tells me she needs to charge me to remove my polish to do the pedicure. It should be included in pedicure. How else are you gonna do my pedicure. Thats not included in the $45? Every other place I've been to has never charged to remove polish for a pedicure. Smh!!! 👎👎👎👎👎Definitely will NEVER be back!!!
