I have been here three times. First time was a good experience. Second time I ended up having one person start my nails then somebody else finish. Got a rushed job because new customers came in. They ended up with gel running on my skin. I figured I would try again after 8 months figuring maybe it was just a bad day. I went in with a crack in one nail. I asked specifically for it to get glued three or four times. She acted like she didn't understand English and would not glue it.She didn't even get all my cuticle. Needless to say it broke by the next day just like I told the girl it would. I will never go back again. It's a shame since I live in town.

It seems like if you had a bad experience here it was your own fault. I just got a wonderful uv gel pedicure with the deluxe spa package and they did such a good job. The woman who gave me my pedicure tried all kinds of methods the stuburn uv gel polish from another salon off. She was patient with it even though it took a lot of doing to get it off.
Give them a chance, don't let three women with their first world problems sway your judgment.

DO NOT GO TO THIS "SALON". I had the worst experience ever getting my gel mani and "spa" pedi. I literally started to cry there because I just couldn't believe what was happening. Long story short, they apologized and took $10 off my final bill (and that NEVER happens). I watched a tech file someone's toe nails (she just wanted a polish change NO PEDI) and try to use that same file on my mani. Come on, at least pretend to care about my health. No disrespect to that women but I have no idea who she was and what may have been on her feet, she didn't even have a good soak to clean her feet! Yuck! I just can't deal with how WE the customers are treated in these dirty nail salons anymore!!!!!!! The job done on my nails was equally disgusting, just sad!! very very sad!
