If I could give this place negative stars I would. Do not spend your hard earned money at this RUDE and RACIST establishment. I went there on 5/10/18 with some friends for a mani pedi. They told us we were talking too loud (which was far from the case) while a white lady was getting a massage in the public area of the salon. The lady who did my nails chuckled several times as I told her what I wanted done to my nails. She also did not say thank you once I gave her a very optional tip. One of my acrylic nails cracked off not even within 24 hrs of my visit here, so I went back the next day. The lady maybe spent about 10 minutes redoing it with such haste. She waited it was done drying to tell me I had to pay 5$ in addition to the 45$ that I spent the day before to get the nail redone. After disagreeing with her with her she told me she didn't care how much I spent before, and that I still needed to pay. After about another minute of arguing she told me to "Go" (which I was going to do anyway without paying) and to "Never come back again". Trust me you won't have to worry about that lady!

Before today I would've given 5 stars however today's experience was definitely 1 star but given positive experiences in the past I'll Be nice and Say 3 stars. Today I decided to come with a friend so I made an appt for 2. I was only getting a fill and pedicure while my friend was getting a new set and pedicure. I figured I'd wait a little while but they didn't start her nails until my nails and toes were completely dry because they kept trying to squeeze in walk ins. The women there are usually very friendly but today I was disappointed. I get that it's a business and you make more money when you see walk ins but when you squeeze in so many that you're neglecting the people who make appointments you're going to lose business. I'm don't think I'll be going back. I also didn't appreciate the fact that after my friend said she wanted the same regular color she used for her pedicure they kept trying to push the gel for the extra few bucks. Being greedy never looks good. After talking this place up to my friends so many times I'm honestly a bit embarrassed. Getting toes and nails done should never take 2 1/2 hours.

I've been coming here for about 4 months, they do a good job but are sort of expensive, they nickel and dime you for designs, etc. I feel like you comp me a little bit and I'll tip you better. The girls are all very nice though.
