3rd time is not the charm at this place. I was burned every time, and not just figuratively, the main nail tech burned me with the dremel at EVERY appointment,
multiple times. Unfortunately it cost me every time, and not just money, but it seems like I sure spent a lot of my money for their mistakes. The main tech there even went as far as to point out how "thin" my nails were, and when my reply was "you were the one that drilled them that thin not 5 days ago", she lied and grabbed the customer's hand in front of me muttering how her freshly manicured nails were not like mine. Even though I was just in there 5 days before! I paid that time, and tried to return for a 3rd and final chance. Huge mistake that I will never make again. Spend your money elsewhere.

I was a little upset- it was my first time here and they didn’t ask my name or if I had ever been when I scheduled the appointment. So of course when I show up they say “oh I thought you have been here before, but you didn’t bring your own nail filer so here, spend $2 and Remember to bring it back. Also, I asked for a flower on my big toe and they charged me an extra $5 for it. I felt like they were trying to find more ways to rip you off. I’m pretty disappointed.

Nice place, clean, good service. But the lady who did my nails dug into my nail and it may have been an accident but you shoild know better. Anyways. Very hygienic.

They always are nice and I always take a design with me and they would male my nail like it. If for some reason they can't duo them, they will suggest a different design.

First time here. Alright place. One thing I did like is that they clean the tub part out right in front of you with soap and water before they ask you to put your feet in. I’ll probably be back.
