I came here with high expectations. My first time at this place. I walk in, was greeted by the front desk staff (I believe he is the owner) and picked out colors. He was very personable and welcoming which I thought I made the right choice to give this place a try.
I was really excited to get my nails done. The nail tech I was assigned with seemed like she didn't want to work there. She barely spoke English and it was hard to communicate. She started off with the designs and the ones I wanted were super simple, heart, spades etc. I guess I was frustrated when she didn't know how to draw those. She did try several times but it just didn't workout and honestly I was super bummed. And then onto the stickers I brought and that also didn't work the way I wanted it to be.
I had to change up and just go with one solid color.
But the owner apologized and he just handled the situation very well. I am big on customer service so I guess he made me feel better. I am thinking of giving another try next time. The inside is really pretty and well-decorated.

Sandy is the best!!!! It was my first time at the salon and I’ve been to multiple ones in the Katy Houston area for a nail artist who can do designs. Every place I went did not have anyone skilled enough to do the designs I asked for. When I walked into King Nails and showed Sandy the picture of the design I I wanted she looked at it and told me how easy it was. I was soo happy to hear that!!! She handled everything, matched the colors the shape and design perfectly. It ended up looking better than the picture I showed and I’ve gotten non stop compliments. If you want someone experienced and professional ask for Sandy!!!

I have been going to this shop for about 2 years. I was referred to Sandy by someone else and she has been amazing! I travel over 45 minutes to get my nails done. No matter how busy her schedule is she always squeezes me in somewhere. The shop is very clean and well maintained. The staff is professional and are always fun to be around. I am someone that rarely knows what color or design I want but I never have to worry because Sandy ALWAYS comes up with something astonishing! I have friends that wait to see the masterpiece when I am leaving. I have met strangers that see my nails and have started going to Sandy. There has never been a moment when I have not enjoyed my experience. If your looking for a nail artist you should go to Sandy,you won't be disappointed!

I come here at least every two weeks. All nail techs are very friendly and communicate with you to achieve the best look. Their work is always amazing which is always a plus! Sophia did my nail. I always like it

Honestly when you need a relaxing place to come to this is the spot. The atmosphere is so soothing I recommend the milk/honey pedicure. Jenny does a great job with my nails and Trang for my feet! I am very satisfied when i come here. The owner is very upbeat and positive!!!!!
