Good quality, great people. I think some of the negative reviews on here are from walk-ins who were annoyed because Nancy said they were busy but they didnt look it?? This place has a ton of regular customers, and many/most of them make their next appt as soon as they finish this one. Added to that the fact that the ladies do a really good job (in my experience) , and take their time, they know better than to try to squeeze in a walk in in between appointments, and they have enough regular customers that they dont really need to. If you want to walk-in, the best time is probably midafternoon? Many regulars schedule in the before-noon slot. I watched Nancy have to turn away four or five separate walk ins during my 9am appt-- no open slots that day until after 1. (When they were welcome to return!)
My elderly grandmother and her friends also go here, and the ladies are so funny and kind to them, and make them feel very special and like they're allowed to have a little fun.
I've had Appointments with Nancy, Uno, and Bee. And they've all been wonderful. Highly recommend.

I have been going to Nancy (owner) for 12 or so years. I have neuropathy in both feet and she knows how to give a pedicure that relaxes my nerves in the feet and instantly revives me. her manis are the best in town. Give Vivian's Nail Spa a try - you won't be sorry!

I went in on Friday to get a full set I was told I needed to wait 30 to 45 minutes there was only two people available so as soon as I've been waiting another lady comes in after she finishes up a petty go straight to her stuff they sat there for about 2 hours talking talking while I'm sitting there getting my nails done by another lady another lady walks in and they tell her that the wait will be 30 minutes as I'm barely getting started on my nails and nails usually take about an hour for good service the ladies rushing me to get my nails done she paints a two coats within the same time like doesn't even let them dry put the top coat doesn't even take the taco all the way to the end of the nail half my nail looks like terribly a nail has already fall it off since I I habe gotten my nails done she's rushing me not spending any quality time on my nails to make sure they look good the same day I finish and leave there's air bubbles all through my nails the shape that I wanted is not even the shape like it's coughing and then I have round shapes I go back today because it's my day off I let the lady know that my set is not what I wanted she tells me that I need to wait didn't even listen to my story told me to sit down that somebody would be with me and about 5 to 10 minutes worst customer service ever mind you I've been coming here for about 3 years this place is terrible I would not go over there I literally walked out that service is terrible do not spend your money over there they never have enough staff they don't care about you it is care about making the money and before my nails were even finish she made me pay for them
