Terrible service since Patsy is no longer the owner. EXTREMELY long wait times ( I mean 45 minutes for eyebrows) unheard of. Recently experienced the nail technician telling me she cannot do callious remover on my feet (because I was getting a regular pedicure and not a spa and there wasn't enough water in the tub) unheard of.

Such great customer service. I've been here twice. A friend brought me here and i loved my manicure and the second time i went i brought a friend and she loved her pedicure. It's clean quiet and they really do a great job. My fav part of the spa is the hot towels and massage you get. Great job guys!!

Asked for prices nail tech barely spoke English so a customer had to tell me they had customers waiting for over an hour they where very slow half way through getting a full set she informed me of a price increase when I protested she said in broken English you can afford it !!!i was blown way

I called to see when they closed and a guy answered with an attitude sucking his teeth. I don't know about all that. But they do good nails.
