Came to this place today at 6:30 with my daughter to get a pedicure done and color on fingers for myThe first lady asked what service I wanted while the other lady looked at the clock and rudely said "it's too late". I was trying to tell them that I had just given birth a week ago and that my baby is still at hospital at NICU and that I spent my precious time driving just to get a pedicure done and she didn't even want to hear it. The OPEN sign was lit up at the door and the business hours say they are open till 7pm, which means that they should accept customers at 6:30. They lost a customer today! Smh

Rude employees. My mother came to get her nails done here and was picking a color and was being rushed. Her nails ended up messed up

Just left Lina's Nails. I'm accustom to getting my nails done from this location for the convenience. Let me say I've had a manicure, pedicure with pretty much no hassle. However, there's a lot to be said when you spend your money in an establishment that's over a billion dollar industry whether getting a weekly, or monthly or special occasion, a girl likes to be pampered. Only get French for my nails and a vibrant color for my toes depending on my plans. Recently had a manicure and pedicure. Week later middle toe nail polish is completely off. Went to the establishment today and showed the tech. She quickly polished, but the polish wasn't as consistent as my remaining toes. Advise her to put another coat. She advise one dollar. Asked why? She immediately advise we can't be in business, it's been a week. Free within one day. It was if she was waiting to explode and I could feel that she wanted to get something off her chest. What trigger this? Okay, but explain to her my feet have never chipped after one week of having a pedicure or the polish completely off. Have experience chipped or polish completely off of my nails, but not my toes. Her English was very broken and she went on to say, anything could have happen in a week. She was very adamant that you could feel her energy. I have and continue to have no problem with paying the additional dollar, but one important fact is missing, I've never had my toes done within a week or even after a week where the polish was completely gone. Could it be the polish or the way the tech applied? Oh no. You return a week later translates in her mind that I'm wanting something for free. The owner, Tony decided that he would have an opinion and immediately said: "PEOPLE LIKE YOU", we can't pay for this building, Excuse me, "People like me" let's not get it twisted, "People like me is the reason that you're in business. I'm a very loyal customer and have no problem paying for service, but I will inspect, what I expect no matter who or whom that I choose do business with, if I have a concern, (nail polish completely gone off my middle toe after one week) will address. To suggest that your establishment can't operate for "PEOPLE LIKE YOU" is an insult. I have never wanted anything for free and I'm not about to start now. But I will not and I repeat, give any of my business to an establishment that remotely thinks that I'm only wanting something for free. With that being said, it's a sad reality of a mindset that thinks that I want something for free. "YOU PEOPLE", Umm, You mean African American Women who patronize your establishment and probably demographically responsibly for the amount of success you're having, "YOU PEOPLE" No, I'm your customer who came in with nail polish completely off. Could it have been contributed to techs watering down the color with nail remover to stretch the polish color? Why would I pay for nail polish that has been altered? I'm paying for a beautiful and lasting color talk about insult to injury. Who's trying to stretch its products for free at the expense of the consumer? Who just last week spent money to have a manicure and pedicure in your establishment and tipped the tech. "Me" Not "YOU PEOPLE". Also heard a tech on the phone using her American Name to get medical insurance in this country that my tax dollar pays for. Yeah, YOU PEOPLE. One suggestion, "YOU PEOPLE", translation: "We the People" decide to take our business elsewhere and see just how successful your establishment will be. Why don't we explore this even further. To be continue......

About a week ago I arrived here about 630 pm and asked for a full gel set and a pedicure. The guy which i believe is the owner was very rude. He asked what services i needed then when i told him he didnt even respond he just looked at the clock. I thought that was unnecessary and rude to say the least. If your business hours are until 7 that means if someone comes in at 650 you still need to serve them. Needless to say i left and i will not go back. Each time i get the same 2 services totaling about $70 i wouldn't dare give him another dime of my hard earned money!
