If I could go lower than 1 star I would. When the owner started working on my daughter's nails, she was on the phone for at least an hour. Very very rude. Finally, she hangs up and starts asking questions. She mentions how she's been sued before and people want their money back. The next day, my daughter's nails just start falling off. When I reached out to the owner, she said it was due to her dancing which has nothing to do with dancing. My daughter has been dancing for years and has always had nails and they NEVER fell off ESPECIALLY within ONE DAY!!! I let her know I'd like a refund, she can keep the tip but I'd like a refund. She saod she does not do refunds but will fix. I told her why would we fix it she already said they won't keep up with her dance which is unheard of!!
Horrible quality, horrible service, DO NOT GO HERE!!!

let’s start off with the nail tech didn’t know how to do Ombré nails so we settled with french tips, their massage chair was t functioning, they did my nails and feet at the same time, i felt rushed, acrylics laste 4 days and i asked for my money back but since salon is closed, friday, sat, sun, mon, tuesday it was really hard to get a hold of them, they ended up fixing the 2 nails that had broke in a week and that same day 2 other nails broke, they gave me an ingrown and didn’t want to fix the situation, ended up going to another salon paying them to fix lucky nails salon mistake, dave your money, go somewhere else!

I have been a happy Lucky Nails client since 2014 for pedicures and powder gel nails. No one else ever kept my nails as healthy and strong as Kim has done, and believe me, I ask a lot of my nails! And Kim's mom does the best pedicure ever! The shop is clean and friendly, and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I only go to Kim to get my nails done. I have been going to Kim for 10yrs now. She also micro bladed my eyebrows, waxed my eyebrows, and gave me lash extensions. I trust Kim with everything the place is kind, clean and fair prices. A picture below are of my micro bladed eyebrows after 4 yrs.

I truly love this salon. The owners are just so friendly and do the most amazing job. I've been all over the area to different salons moving here from Vegas trying to find one I like. The first time I came in the owners Kim & her husband Mike helped me. My nails looked amazing as I also felt so relaxed and in good hands. Finally I get to have a salon here in the desert where I feel welcomed, get the best care and service, and my nails always look so beautiful. Thank you so much!
