It was my first time coming here today and my nails do look nice but they are not at all the shape I asked for. I asked for an oval shape, (repeatedly) and the gentleman who did my nails told me to not worry about the shape at this time because he would make them oval later.
Obviously that didn't happen and i only have rounded squares at best. He also went way too far down on two if my fingers and they are now extremely sore, red, and puffy on the sides.
Over all the nails do look nice but they are not what I asked for and the guy was too distracted by a phone and trying to control the girls on the pedicure station (who also made the pedicure bath over flow).

My first experience was Thursday oct 18 at 2p, I was able to get in right away and everything was great , friendly , but while I received my pedicure from the one lady who I don’t think understood me very well, took 15 minutes on each big toe, she was pulling skin around my big toe, that cause me to pull my foot back in pain, ( this takes a lot for me, ) I do appreciate a thouroughal cleaning but it caused bleeding , then she would file the toe and cause more pain. Now my toe, two days later is swallowen and in pain. She didn’t even appoligize .never have I experienced this.

I can't afford to constantly get my nails and toes done, but when I do, this place is my go to. I called to make an appointment the day of for a mani and pedi and they squeezed me in. I got a hot stone massage pedicure and it was amazing. Plus a glass of wine. It felt so good, I could have fell asleep. Not only does the staff do a phenomenal job, but they are super friendly here too. Thank you Ryan for the positive experience here always.

Exactly what I needed after a stressful few weeks. My nail tech, Lam was so friendly and hilarious. It was nice to have a pleasant chat, and his recommendation for pedicure treatments was spot on. The price is more than reasonable, considering the salon's accommodations. Well worth making an appointment.

I absolutely LOVE this place. I look forward to my regular visits for my shellac manicure. I used to go to another salon but my friend brought me here one time and Ive never gone anywhere else since. Everyone is friendly, it’s a laid back and relaxing environment. The staff listen to what you want and make it happen! Keep in mind this salon has a good reputation and very loyal clientele, so you should make an appointment if you are in a time crunch.
