Please. Do not visit this salon. I went today to have my nails dipped and asked to have them clipped down because my natural nails were very long. The nail tech cut my nails so short and then butchered my natural nails to the point of having to add nail tips in an attempt to correct it. They are all different shapes and lengths, just overall horrible. I promise this is the worst experience I’ve ever had at any Salon in my entire life. And When given the chance to redeem themselves and save me as a customer - They tried to argue with me and even accused me of lying about the fact that my nails were indeed my natural nails. I simply couldn’t believe they demanded payment for this! The photo on the left: my nails before they were destroyed at this salon. The length was a little longer as this photos is weeks old. The second photo is the finished job. FYI: The other hand is worse. 😩
UPDATE:
**I went back today and Milan did a wonderful job and made my nails look better. I received an apology from several people at the salon and the experience was very positive so I wanted to update my review and mention that while I completely understand that, as humans, we are not perfect and mistakes will happen,but when in the service industry you must be conscious of how mistakes are handled and make sure every paying customer feels valued. The level of service received today was very good. Thank you.

Maria ALWAYS does a fantastic job on my pedicure! She’s professional and take her time doing her job. I truly enjoy the salon. Cathy is the owner and she’s out going and very welcoming. I’ve been coming here for about 10 yrs.

Love this shop! The owner Kathy goes beyond by making sure all her guests are happy & satisfied with their service. She actually re did my manicure b’cus I wasn’t satisfied with the manicure her tech had completed. Great Place to come & relax!

Love everyone there. They're all super sweet and I always feel welcomed. Though I usually just walk in and get whoever is available, I highly recommend Sonny and theresa.
