I used to come here all the time until yesterday one of the ladies was being extremely rude to me when I wanted my nails redone. When I got up to leave the lady grabbed my hand forcing me to stay. When I became more forceful about leaving and snatched my hand away, she violently grabbed my arm again until my father stepped in. I got my refund and I’m never coming here again.

I came in to get my nails done with my mother in law. We both got a manicure and a pedicure. First of all when we walked in they just looked at us like we were in the wrong place. Then they told us to sign out names and then argued with who would work on us. When the women finished my pedicure she rounded my toe nails and a few days later it gave me an ingrown toenail. When she did my acrylics, I showed her a picture of a simple French tip. She asked if I wanted them as long as the picture and then made rude comments on how long they are because I she said they would scratch my baby. When she finished they didn’t look like the picture at all and they were very thick and messy. I later took them off and did them again myself and they looked way better. First picture is the reference picture, the thicker nails are the ones I received and the lighter background picture with thinner tips are the ones I did on my own. If I have to pay $100 + I expect my nails to come out better then when I can do myself. Definitely do not recommend this salon.

I spent $102 for my daughters birthday wish for her nails and this one lady is so rude to my daughter ,she doesnt have patience.👎🏻Never to go this nail salon again.

I really wanted to like this place although a number of people warned me not to come because of fungus. I had a so-so experience for a few months and finally ended up with a fungus on both hand and foot. Some of the techs here really work hard, and seem to care about steady clientele but the others are really dragging the place down. Definitely not going anywhere until this stuff clear up, wish i had listened to the advice.

They were very nice. Sally is awesome. She did pretty much exactly what i wanted. I showed her 2 different pictures of what i wanted and she put the 2 into one flawlessly and she's pretty quick but also takes her to time in making sure every nail is perfect. She also is very good with not hurting my fingers eith the machine as well as the hand file. I also enjoyed the fact that she interacts with best clients, small talk story, not just talk to hart co workers the whole time. I give Mililani Nail Tek 5 stars and i will be coming back soon.
