Disappointed.
I don’t believe in leaving reviews without the following two things:
1. Several tries
2. Requests/questions of what was or was not done.
I have done both. I have been getting my feet done for years and wanted to give this place a try for it was closer to home.
I let her know that I have a callous that needs to be worked on each time (thus I don’t pay for the basic pedicure) and when I asked her after spending 20 seconds on it if we would use the pumice or something to get rid of the dead skin, “no, that a cut”. I responded “no it isn’t, I have been having the callouse done for years and it doesn’t hurt, it is dead skin”. Massage leg in the same spot (fast) until it hurt. They do not file and shape nails.
She shrugged and ignored me. Paid for wax to be on for 1 minute. Not worth it. Left with feet covered in dead skin like I came in. So sad that I paid so much.

I had the BEST experience here. They were not only quick, prefessional and a good price, but Sylvia gave me the best customer service I have ever had from a nail salon. She was so sweet and made me feel like I'd known her for years even though it was the first time I wenrmt here I will definitely be coming back!! ❤

I'm getting my nails done here for years they try to cater to every need and video wonderful job when I get you in and out pretty good time good prices

Made me wait an hour. Then once they started a older couple walked in and they told me to wait another 30 min. Even though I was there first. Not a good way to prioritize customers. No they didn't have an appointment either.

I only been here 1 time. What a waste of time. The Vietnamese,short, long haired lady who did my pedi was very rude. She rubbed my legs so hard, she gave me a bruise. And then tried to blame it on my dog. i didnt have.And was laughing when she said it. im never going back to this place. the whole time of the service, she was talking in her language to her coworkers. And u get this feeling, that they're probably saying something rude about you. Lol. I dnt like, the way they treat their customers. They are very rude ppl. With no manners or respect.
