I have visited this establishment twice since Covid, the first time I had an amazing experience. They catered to and made sure my nails were to my liking and made sure my pedicure was perfect. I even brought my 3 year old daughter and they were so kind and patient. My second time visiting was today 09/15. I only went in for a quick fill in after work. My nails were short , square and white. An older lady helped me, didn't catch her name, But she completed the fill and shaped my nails but one of my nails was literally leaning to the left and I asked her to fix it. She insisted 3 times that there was nothing wrong with my nail, after I asked someone else to take a look to see if they noticed what I noticed (they did) she got upset and started handling me rougher than she had been handling me before. I then asked for someone else to finish me up and a nice young man (chu I believe is his name) literally fixed my nail in under two minutes. Can you guess who got the tip?

My friend and I went in together. I was getting a full set of acrylic nails (posted at $25) and my friend was going to get her current set of acrylics removed and redone. Not only are my nails uneven, and not the round shape I asked for them to be, I was charged about $50. My friend asked 4 times for her set to be soaked off before they were redone and she was ignored 4 times. They ruined her previously beautifully grown out and healthy nails by shaving them down way too thin. They also don’t answer their phone or respond to emails. All in all, a waste of time and money.

My 11 year old daughter and I went here for the first time this past Sunday, shortly after they opened. I got ombre' nails with coffin style tips and she got a full set of acrylics with square tips. I also bite my own nails when I don't go and get them done, so the poor nail tech was working with my bitten down nubs compared to a normal person's nails.
We walked in and it was super clean, they enforced masks, they displayed their pricing where you could see it clearly and they had all their colors displayed where you could look while you're waiting and there was a BROAD range of colors! Everyone was super nice, nail techs were informative. I did not get a pedi this time, so I can't really say how those are. I'm going to come back for a pedi another day.

Today was my second time coming to this salon. First time was a great experienced. The experience I just had today was uncalled for. I spent 3 hours to get my nails done, and not satisfied at all. It was not what I requested, but was too frustrated to stay any longer.

I love it here I pay For What I want & My nails are everything I get my money Worth & it’s best that’s you come here it’s so peaceful respectful and clean
