Great service and quick. Only complaint is the last time I got my nails done shellac one peeled off within two days. But when I went back to get it fixed they were fast and didn't charge me.

Friendly people and give great pedicures. I am picky and won’t go back to anyone who doesn’t give me the time I deserve and pay for and I appreciate when someone takes the time to give a great pedicure and the staff at Opal Nails does that.

They do a great job, are consistent and have a friendly atmosphere. Prices are competitive. I get a gel manicure and a pedicure about every 3-4 weeks. My gel manicure lasts a long time, I always change it because my nails have grown so long and not because the polish looks bad. If a have a broken nail they will use SNS to fix it and don't charge me any extra for it. I also frequently get ombre glitter and it takes a little longer for them to do but also don't charge me anything additional. Love this place!

First time here. Got the $40 dollar pedicure with the callus removal and the lady actually took her time on the massage of my legs . It as so relaxing . Their chairs are amazing . I went around lunch time and walked right in! No wait! Not sure if it's the same after 5 or on the weekends but they play this relaxing music and you just chill. My feet were really bad and I apologized but she made me feel comfortable and that she would fix it for me. They staff don't sit there talking consecutively in their native language to where you are wondering if they are talking about you. I really liked that . I got a real foot massage and she did a good job on my toes. I am going to start coming here . Now I just need to see how they are with nails.

Four stars. Good service and nails are meticulously done. But has trouble with communication - hard to understand what is being asked. Overall a good experience.
