Today I took my daughter (3) in for a manicure. First of all, the guy behind the counter was acting so rude, as if he didn’t want to be there and didn’t want to deal with us. So he calls “Jimmy” who is smoking a cigarette right outside and this guy tells him it’s a manicure for my daughter and so Jimmy’s like her? And so they start arguing in their language and Jimmy ends up walking out again. So the guy behind the counter calls “Sarah” I think was her name, she gives a face like sure whatever. So my daughter Ends up getting a manicure from her, Sarah was nice and all, but at least she could’ve matched the designs on both hands. At the end of all of this the guy at the counter was extra rude , barely even acknowledging I was there to pay. I really wanted to like this place but this was one of my worst experiences. Probably won’t be going back.

I has got my acrylic nails done yesterday and it was the best experience I had! I recommend Derek he is the best.

Awesome job. Been going there for yrs. Ana is the best. The staff are friendly. Wouldn't trust any other place. Keep up the good work.

Wanted to try a new place so came here. Once I sat down felt pressured to do gel. I asked how much for full set and she Automatically was like ok full set with put even telling me how much . Ok whatever do the full set I'm trying to spoil myself, she cut 3 of my fingers when she was in the process of doing my nails. I left the salon to pick up my daughter only 5 min away from salon the cuts were killing me glue all over fingers cut up and did not look nice at all. So I go back to tell them i want to take them off so she has me point out the lady who did them seats me right next to her and gives me a bowl so soak hands talk about uncomfortable and then everyone questioning why am I taking them off (awkward) while the lady is still there sitting doing another ladies nails I felt bad I did not want her to get in trouble. Once I was done the owner really trys to offer me $10 off next visit I told her no I want a refund I didn't even get a mani after they took my nails off I just wanted to get out then she trys to give me $30 gift certificate and I PAID $35 for full fet and $15 for pedi . I told her no I just want a refund. And she was still like ok well you pay for the take off of nails ! Like what still trying to just make a quick buck I said ok how much is that she didn't answer me and just gave me $30 back I got there at 3 and left at 5:30 with a Just an OK pedi (was also pressured to get a package) and hurting hands
