Walked in and requested a basic balance/fill. Was told they do not offer that service at this salon.
I asked if I had been mistaken, if they do not offer acrylic nails.
She said they DO offer acrylic services, however they do not use the "right product" to do my nails.
I believe she saw the shape of my nails, and simply did not want to do them because they were black and stiletto shaped.
I am a licensed cosmetologist and have been getting my nails done this way at shops all over the country.
I know when I am being lied to because a technician does not want to work on me.
I went to a nearby salon and was greeted with open arms.

Called to make appointments for 10am for pedicures for my daughter's birthday. Seated at pedicure chairs quickly then ignored. Daughters pedicure started at least 10 minutes before mine. I am on my third employee. I mentioned I wanted nail art but that was ignored
