One star is to much fir this place. Went there to get a cut...my hair was down a little past my neck...I expected it to be just a little shorter...I came home with it to my ear lob...crying. I could not get out of the mall fast enough. I have been crying every since I got home. Every time I look at myself...I start crying all over again. I’m totally embarrassed and don’t want to leave my house now. This stylist is terrible and should not cut hair if she’s not sure what she’s doing....let’s just say I “Got Chopped” 😪👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
Please don’t go here to get your hair cut...you will leave upset and crying 😢
BY THE WAY THE PERSON WHO CUT MY HAIR OFF WAS THE MANAGER AMANDA! ASKED FOR CORPORATES NUMBER SHE REFUSED TO GIVE IT TO ME. ASKED FOR HER BOSSES NUMBER SHE REFUSED TO GIVE IT TO ME. THEN SAID THAT SHE WAS GOING TO CALL SURCURITY ON US. AS I WAS LEAVING THE STORE I TOLD HER THAT I’LL BE SEEING HER IN COURT!

I don’t recommend going here if you plan to lighten your hair. I got my roots lightened to they could color my hair. The lady (Amanda) who did my hair slapped the bleach on my roots then left to get food, I personally never leave bleach on my roots longer than 10mins. It was on there for over 15mins, she didn’t fully wash they bleach out of my hair. My roots were a bright yellow, she decided not to tone my roots down. She slapped on the pink like a five year old was finger painting, I’m now left with streaky pink. My old color (extremely faded pink) shows through, my roots have an orange tint to them and I have some leopard spots that I just now discovered where my root growth is. So sloppy at applying bleach making sure all brown hair is covered, leaving bleach on too long, not fully washing out the bleach and sloppy dye job. Definitely not worth $103. 10/10 do NOT recommend Regis.

DONT go here!! "hairstylist" don't know what they are doing.. was there on sunday for 4 hours just to get my hair ruined by Courtney.. Manager did not see anything wrong with how she left my hair and still made me pay for this nasty s**t
