The salon has improved greatly since Ly took over. The girls appear to be happy and Ly tries to ensure the customers are satisfied with the experience. Great job.

New owner Lee is amazing! Has completely changed the place for the better. She is very helpful and understands what her customers want. Finally a higher end nail salon in H.B.! Customer treatment is 100% better, she actually cares about her clients.

Turn 'em and burn 'em seems to be the strategy of this new salon owner. I've never had this happen before but just 5 minutes after my pedicure was completed the manicurist tried to put my sandal on. I figured she must know what she's doing, but turns out my nails were still wet. She had to redo the ones she ruined. Then a party of 3 walked in and I looked around me to see if there were 3 chairs together. There were not. Sure enough the manicurist came back and tried to put my sandal back on. I told her no, I would move to another chair, so I picked up my shoes, beverage, book and keys and moved to an empty seat at the end of the salon so I could continue reading my book while waiting for my nails to dry in the massage chair. After 10 minutes the owner came to help me put my sandals on, but then treated me disrespectfully. She may talk to her 6 year old son or her employees that way, but I did nothing to deserve her attitude. I couldn't believe it! Before she took over this shop the manicurists seemed happy. I feel sorry for them and won't be back.

The new owners only interested in making a dollar. She gave my daughter at chemical burn waxing her chin and then told her to come back the next day so she can finish it. I got a full set of acrylic nails with gel nail polish the next day the Polish started to peel off when the nails were a week old one of them popped off right where the tip was glued on and at 2 weeks old I have another one pop off. Not sure if the product is old or if they're just not really sure of what they're doing. We were made all kinds of promises by the owner Lee when we went in and we're totally unsatisfied with all of the services that we received
