Great place. Quite busy, but the service (pedicure and brow wax) was amazing. Will continue to frequent this establishment.

HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND. In the pictures you will see me nails before, (pink and orange). The picture I requested, yellow and leopard, and what I actually received. Terrible service. Also you will see where they refuse my refund.

I don’t normally do reviews, but this place was horrible. First time I went, I made an appointment for 4:30p for my self to get SNS done, and for my two friends at 5:15p. I try to be understanding that places get busy, but I sat there until 5:45p until I was even seated. Then the lady who did my Sns was VERY distracted, constantly getting up, and doing other things, and did a poor job, not even offering to fix it. I went to pay, and she went to charge me $45 for a full SNS manicure. Which I didn’t receive, she only dipped my nails. So I said to the lady, “hey I didn’t get a manicure. Is it still the same price?” She told me “they have to do a manicure, if they don’t the SNS doesn’t work” which is a lie, because I’m a mail tech, and do SNS, and have also gotten it done many times without a manicure. So I told her “no she didn’t do one.” After going back and forth, she lied to me saying “ohhh yea so the SNS manicure is $55 but the SNS without the manicure is $45, that’s what you’re being charged” so I said okay, and she charged me. Then my friend who got the manicure and Sns was only charged $45. So clearly something wasn’t adding up. And on top of that I didn’t leave until 7:15p. So I was there from 4:30-7:15 The only thing that was told to me was, “one whoops I guess no one wrote down your appointment...”
I then tried to give the benefit of the doubt, thinking maybe they just had a bad day, and were very busy. Then I called to make another appointment, and specifically asked, how busy they were and if they had time to get us in in the next 30mins. He said “yes we can, we’re not to busy” so I came in with my friend for a pedi. We sat there for 45mins before someone came to get our pedi started. She turned on my water, and it was freezing, my friends was scolding hot. My friend replied, “hey, mines really hot, can you turn it down?” I replied “with unfortunately mines really cold” she turned my friends all the way cold, and mine to warm for a minute leaving both of our water pretty cold. My lady asked if I wanted my toe nails cut, and I replied “no thank you. To which she tried to cut them anyway 2 different times, and when I said no for the third time, she got aggravated at me, and was super rough. Same situation with my friend. Neither of us got massages, yet the lady next to us did. Then I asked if she could put a coat of white under my pink to make it brighter. (Which I ask almost every salon I’ve been in, and never have I been told no) this lady told me “no we don’t do that here, you would have to get gel” I know you can do it because I’ve gotten it done multiple times. So at this point, I’m over it. It doesn’t matter if you make an appointment, you’ll still have to wait for 45mins to an hour. They don’t care what you want, they do whatever’s easiest. And they also lie, and charge you for things you didn’t even get.

I absolutely love this place best nail salon in town customer service is amazing and I love the music!!
