I was surprised when the manager called me and offered me a complimentary re- do due to my dissatisfaction. I went back and experienced the type of service I have had in the past. My complaint was never with the therapist rather the conditions. I appreciate their offer to make it right. Still wish the steam room was functional. I’ll go back!
Have been here numerous times and have always enjoyed the experience. This time,
disappointed that steam room was out of order. Was looking forward to using it. There were empty massage rooms but I was put in one where I could hear the client and therapist talking and laughing in another room which may have been behind a curtain. When I asked my therapist she explained the room was usually used for couples massages. When I went to pay using a gift certificate I was told I owed a balance since their rates went up. I pushed back since the coupon doesn’t state that nor does it have an expiration date.
Not my best visit but I’ll go back.

I get my hair cut by Hannah, and I absolutely love her and what she does for my hair. She’s cut my hair shorter, and then helped me grow it out, and then get straight across bangs back. Every time has been awesome, and she’s walked me through what she’s doing. Especially with my bangs, because I get anxious about those. She’s also been phenomenal with recommending products for my hair, and helping me to style my hair at home. I feel very taken care of, and trust her immensely with my hair. I also enjoy getting to catch up with her each time I’m in.
I also really love the Hawthorne location, and the staff there is always really kind and helpful. And I always leave with great hair.

Kristen did an amazing job recovering my hair! She explained everything that she wanted to do and why it was in my hair's best interest. This morning not only do the highlights look perfect and the hair feels healthy... and happy!!

I receive a lot of compliments on my hair. I attribute it to Hannah Rose Anderson. She is a great master hair stylist. My curly hair is difficult to style after a color and cut. She diligently worked out the process so I get a great look every time! I highly recommend Hannah!

I come here for massages and to get my hair colored. I've never had a bad experience and both Ian and Brooklyn have been phenomenal! I definitely recommend both of them if you need a massage or hair services.
