Hands down one of the “BEST” nail salon’s in St. Louis, MO!! Fabulous service, relaxing atmosphere and lovely, knowledgeable technicians. Free 3 hour garaged parking w/direct access to the nail salon. Highly recommend & love this establishment!!!!!!!❤️😍🙏

If you’re looking for amazing service, Lucy Lee Salon is my go to nail place and the BEST salon in the Saint Louis area. Although I live downtown I still make the trip to Clayton for the fantastic service I receive each and every time. The environment is beautiful and very relaxing. I usually call ahead and am serviced right away. My nails always come out perfect wether it be an acrylic full set, dip gel nails or pedicure. Lucy the owner does my nails most of the time and she is the sweetest! All of the technicians are very talented and friendly and I see a lot of repeat customers who enjoy coming in and chatting. It’s also a very male friendly place! Look no further for beautiful nails :)

If I could rate them zero stars I would. My friend recommended this salon to me, and whenever she has gotten her nails have looked wonderful. Unfortunately when I went today my nails look like trash. I showed my nail tech who also happens to be the manager, a picture of the shape I wanted. My nails do not even look relatively close to the picture. Each nail is a different shape and some of them are really fat, like I did the 100 layers of polish challenge. Lucy, my nail tech, rushed to finish my nails and did not put an ounce of care in them. I went back after leaving the first time to get them fixed and even after that they still look terrible. I would never recommend this place to anyone. It’s disturbing that the owner would treat a paying customer the way I was treated. I am not sure how they have a four star rating because there customer service and nail job were both terrible. Again I would never recommend.

Terrible service. I’m very disappointed because I really wanted to enjoy my visit here. I wish I would of read more reviews because the 4 stars really threw me off:( and I wish there were more recent comments. There was only one recent review and it was a day before mine but I didn’t really pay attention to it and thought I’d take a try myself before judging. Really upset :(

I really wanted to like this place since it's so cute and much cleaner than some other salons I've visited in the area. Unfortunately, even after making an appointment online, I waited 30 minutes before someone was even able to help me. The general atmosphere was disappointing since all of their customers seem to pour in directly from their spa day at the Ritz - entitled and extremely disrespectful to the technicians and other customers. Linda, however, was so nice and complimentary, so I'm willing to give it another shot.
