Don't go here. I have gone to this place every 4 weeks for 2 years. Recently they hired a new person who does a horrible job. I had him do my nails twice and both times he did a horrible job but I let it go. I went there today had my ANC soaked off was waiting for over an hour when they told me 10 min. The man who did the bad job came over and I said No I want someone else. They all looked stunned I said I would come back during the week since they were so busy. I can't believe they charged me $10.00 because I used maybe 5 cents of there acetone. I even was the one that wiped off the polish. They could careless when i said that was absurd They are the worst I cannot believe that is how they treat clients I will never go there again

I was going there routinely for a few years. Today I received the worst treatment anyone could get. I was appauled. I did tip as I appreciate anyone who is trying to sustain a small business up here in the Adirondacks however do not discriminate customers. I do not go there every week and the stylist acted like she could not wait to get rid of me. Very inconsiderate. I will never go back. The stylist was so distracted and uptight it was not worth the trip. Whomever owns the business needs to have a customer service training meeting of sorts. I paid 25 dollars for a terrible job and left a tip . I respect how hard working this group is but don't short cut customers. My polish came off..what a mess...I would not recommend this business to anyone!

horrible service. got a 10 minute foot “massage” ..a toddler could’ve done a better job. got powder gel and it was the worst manicure I have ever gotten. she refused to cut my cuticles and rushed through the entire thing. I wondered if she was even really certified to be doing nails. horrible.

Terrible service, sister and I went there today. There was only 1 other person when we got there. Shortly after 5 more ppl arrived. They had everyone sit down and jumped from 1 to the next doing just part of each persons nails. I was the only 1 that had the same person the whole time, which didn’t make my nails turn out any better. My nails are very thick, and irregularly shaped. My one nail was burning the whole time and many times my skin was hit with the Dremel, causing a burning feeling. I said something and she just continued. My sister asked for her nails to be rounded and ended up with square, and had many nails that actually had sharp points at the ends....all in all we were there for 2 hours

I would never go there again I am from Florida and my nails were beautiful I went there they soaked cotton balls in nail polish remover then put foil over my fingers after about an hour took that off and then soaked my nails for about 30 mins in a bowl of remover then finally did my nails next day I have blisters all over my fingers the date this happened was July 10 2017 well since then nails are destroyed and I am going back and forth to Drs trying to heal my hands. Ladies take it from me go elsewhere. Hopefully soon my hands will heal and I will have my beautiful nails again. If they say they need to soak cotton balls to pit on your finger tips tell them to stock them where the sun doesn't shine I have wasted so much time and money to repair the damage they have done to my nails let alone to my self confidence
