I actually went to Penny's to get my online order that they managed to mess up. I was getting the items for someone that couldn't get there. I found a very nice helpful clerk that took me around and helped me find the items. I then found a very nice cashier and a manager who helped me get my discounts. This service was so much better than w hgat I experienced in past years. Good job Penny's what an inprovement. They were currently having a good Clearance Sale with additional percentages off. You could actually get clothes for$4 -$6.

I got my refrigerator from them. Their linens department is nice and big. The store is nice and their sales are good. Try to avoid the end of the day on Friday or Saturday if you are looking for clothes. The shelves will be disheveled.

Just stood in line for 10 minutes to pay on my wife's card. There was a trainee there trying to do a return and the girl training her left her and a line of customers to get change! Not only did she decide to do this without asking if my transaction would be cash, but who says any of the people in line we're going to use cash? When she finally came back, she said I needed ID in order to pay without the card even though I had her SSN!
So I went to another register where the gentleman (William) was actually pleasant and helpful and took my payment even though his shift was over. He called his boss over to help him put back a couple of returned items and all she did was complain. In fact, she even said "Jesus!"
Unacceptable!

Line was long for checking out. But the sales staff was helpful and knowledgeable. I was shopping for clothes I hate shopping for clothes. With the salesperson's help it made shopping for clothes easier thank you
