If I could legit give a 0 star I would one they had a new lady do my nails that didn't know how to do anything terrible filing and all that. She was the one by cashier. The older woman in the back did my eyebrow I had nice full eyebrows she thinned my eyebrows so bad I cried when I got to the car. Next day my nail pop off so I let them know I can't do it today cuz I have a bday party to go to so I'll come tomorrow she says okay, I do it for no charge I left and came back the next day. I ask for them to just take off all my nails, they told me they only take it off if I pay 25. They told me all they could do is fix the one nail for free everything else was a charge so I let them do that nail and change the color for 10 bucks, whatever, that same day another nail pops off I didn't have time to go back. Than two days later the nail she fixed pop back off. I gave up on them. The manager doesn't help their just money hungry honestly most terrible service I've ever had! So terrible that even a lady walked in and asked for any of the Spanish ladies to do her nails cause everyone else does terrible work. That it's self spoke alot of volume. They need to shut the place down. They have 2 different nail tech that each have 3 kids and they run around screaming and playing with the glass doors in the back they were told stop and redirected but the children didn't listen. Everything happened with is less than 5 days and nails should last 2 weeks.

Sandy is very nice but her workers seem to be all new or in training cos even getting a pedicure could take anywhere between 1.5 to 3 hours. It’s upsetting how long their service takes and how long you have to wait since I rlly like going here to get my toe and fingernails done. Don’t go here if you need quick service

I’ve gone a couple times to get acrylics with Sandy who does a good job. But they were busy last time i went and i ended up waiting 40 minutes for them to start my nails and went to a lady ive never seen before, she took over 2 hours to do french tips. Cut me 4 times with the drill and after i told her to stop she went back again with the drill even after i was bleeding. To top it all off my pain wasn’t worth it because after only 6 days my nails were already falling off and they looked terrible.

I honestly hoped this place was better. The place itself is big and they have many people there but I did not like my nails. The person I had cut me twice and at the end i just wanted to leave and forget about the situation. This was the best she could do.

I gave my wife money to spoil herself and do her nails because we were going on vacation. Hasn’t been a week and her nails started popping off clean. Horrible salon, her nails usually stay on up to a month.
