Very friendly, not like some places I've been where they are rude. Great prices. The wait was a little long, but it was Saturday afternoon so I won't hold that against them.

I loved the young lady that did my nail, I dislike that I wouldn't let me have money to tip her. I should of asked one more time.
I could of kept my nails simple ,then I would have been able to of tipped Her. Steve was GREAT to have given me the treat .Good guy!!! If GOD willing I'll get to her next time .she was so nice .

I went and got my nails done and the women didn't even take her time there sloppy as ever worst acrylic nails I've ever had will never go back! They made my mother n laws fingers bleed

Horrible! Walked in they immediately sat me down to get a gel fill. My mother sat immediately for a pedicure. One hour later no one has approached me and my mother is done with her pedicure. Still no service for me - I’m completely ignored. Workers are in the back room - one left for a break. There are two ladies in waiting chairs and I’m sitting at a nail desk.....finally 90 minutes and I leave and they want to know why I won’t stay to get my nails done. Horrible. Unprofessional. I had a time frame in which to get a badly needed fill. Times up my nails aren’t done and they never said a word. Tell ppl! Give customers an estimated wait time. Do not Sit them at a desk to be ignored. I would have left long ago had my mother not got her pedicure. The funny part - she didn’t even want the pedicure. She just went with me because I NEEDED the fill. Horrible. I’m sad I have to give you a star

Horrible customer service, put my feet in ice cold water and took 3 times to get it to where it wasnt super cold. Cut my toe nail way too short then proceeded to file it. It was pretty painful.
I could have painted my nails better and I admit I suck at. She went to "fix" the psi t job but only fixed one and it looked worse.
I never do things for myself like that and when I did I was extremely disappointed.
