This is the worst nail shop in the city. I have live in dc for 26 years and have gotten my nails done consistently twice a month for more than half of that time. I’ve gone uptown, downtown, the south side, and Noma. This spot is the absolute worst. The older gentleman did my dip powder yesterday and it’s just awful the more I look at it the more I want to cry. I’m up early on my day off to go to another shop to get it fixed. I almost want to sue for my money back. I will NEVER step foot in this shop again and I suggest you don’t either.

People that work there are nice but not good service. Went there out of convenience, salon was dirty. Halfway through my service, asked to pick a color, they don't even have a simple, classic red, which I'm able to get at any other salon I go to.
They start trying different colors on my nails, I tell them to take it off and I'll go elsewhere. I asked for a discount since they couldn't do the service I wanted but they still charged me for a manicure, eventhough I now have to go elsewhere.

I decided to go to this salon for the first time in about 5 years; i originally had an overlay on my natural nail, no tips. i went for a fill in and a cut down, but the girl had shaved my nails down to the nub then attempted to charge me for repairs even though she messed up (that's an extra $30 plus the charge for the fill in and cut down). When "fixing" what she messed up, i ended up having to get tips on my nails because they were uneven, she couldn't give me the round shape i originally had (my nails are still uneven and prey much all have different shapes). Ultimately, i wasn't going to do this review, but its only been 4 days and 2 of my acrylics popped off. Save your time. Spend a little bit more and go elsewhere.

I had got my lashes for a couple days and they falling off and not only that my eyes burn everyday from wateva she use on my eyes I gotta keep putting cold water on my eyes sometimes I feel like ima go blind they way my eyes burn and I’m mad I wasted 25 dollars for this bs I paid for full and short and it wasn’t even what I paid for and they don’t give your money back so I just told that L But I’ll Never Will Go there ever again but that young girl in there can do some bomb eyebrows doe
