My first time in this salon & my experience was amazing!! I was greeted with a smile. The lady doing my nails was very sweet & funny. Absolutely loved the atmosphere here. It was so relaxing & calming. & I love the way my nails turned out. I will definitely be coming back!

I’ve been to this location about 4 times and each time leading up to the last visit the service and quality would get worse.
If you want a rushed in and out service then this may be the place for you.
If you want inconsistency & a tech that doesn’t speak to you at all or one that over talks you when you explain what look you are going for then this may be a place for you.
This is a place that focus more on up selling then striving to provide better quality services.
I’ve NEVER left this place IN LOVE with my services and it unfortunate and disappointing when you’re spending over $100 each visit.
Prior to today’s visit my hands were soaked in a bowl of acetone to remove the acrylic at this salon.
When trying to explain that I rather not have my entire hand submerged in a bowl of acetone I was told “this is the only way we do it.”.
I was also told that they do not call reservations for confirmations or to reschedule.
This speaks volumes about the culture of this place.
Needless to say I left with out completing my service and this is the last day I will go here. I wouldn’t even go here for a simple polish.

Won’t be back. Had Dips and pedicure done April 29th and nail lady rushed me to pick a color, literally grabbing a couple books and ushering me to my pedicure chair. Then pedicurist was so busy talking to her coworker, she scrubbed my heel till it almost bled. I pulled away in pain and she apologized. Great experience! Got shalac nails, manicure and pedicure with one daughter and two granddaughters! It was made extra special by the staff! Very professional and personalized service.

Beautiful salon. Very clean and organized. It was quite busy. Great job on my nails.
