Consistently the worst customer service I have ever experienced with an Ulta. I've been going here for about a year now. DEBBIE is AMAZING with eyebrows -- this is the only reason I come. Check out Debbie at the brow bar! My good friend had a terrible waxing experience elsewhere (they took part of her eyebrow off--a nightmare!) and I recommended she go to Debbie for a fix. Debbie miraculously fixed my friend's eyebrow! Debbie also did my waxing for my wedding and I could not stop getting compliments on my brows. Debbie has Beverly Hills skills and we're lucky she's so affordable at Ulta right now--that's a rare find. She also has great beauty tips in general from hair, skin, makeup, everything and is excellent at what she does. I've been waxing/threading my brows for over 10 years and Debbie is just the best.
This ULTA, however, is horrible--1 star. Every time I call I'm put on hold for at least 10-20 min and am often hung up on after that or they just don't answer at all. I'm constantly transferred and it's a nightmare trying to get a hold of them to reschedule anything. The only reason I come here is because of amazing Debbie.

I had called earlier in the day to ask if YSL’s Black Opium could be held for me. When I arrived it was not on hold and no one knew anything about it...
I did purchase it but I didn’t receive any feee gift for my purchase of $72.00.

Why bother sending promotions in the mail when your store doesn’t carry the advertised items? Doesn’t help that the sales staff couldn’t answer any questions.

Super convenient for all of your beauty needs. Brands run from super high end to drugstore quality. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Good store with helpful staff. They were really helpful in finding a lipstick color that I liked and not offended when I didn't like their first few suggestions.
