I highly recommend the rhythm and motion massage. I’ve had numerous massages here with different therapists and have never had a bad experience. The spa and locker rooms are always very clean and the attendants are very helpful.

I had a fantastic experience! Minus the confrontation I had with Dianne. I was not given a reminder call of my appointment, however I was called 6 minutes after. I rescheduled and told I would be charged a 30% fee. Come two o'clock I returned because I rescheduled. I told Dianne I shouldn't be charged because I was not given a reminder call, there was a back and forth going on which brought out my anxiety, she said I told her I was thirty minutes away, but that couldn't have been possible because I stayed at the hotel. I told Dianne I did not say that I told her my fiancé was getting ready that we could be down now, she stated that we would be 10 minutes into the massage, and that we would be charged. So I rescheduled for two. I believe Dianne was unprofessional from the start and should have involved a manager the moment I mentioned not receiving a reminder call. This was my first time at the spa, I had a great time I will return but I will not deal with Dianne ever again and I believe they should have someone more professional and pleasant working the front desk for customers.

My husband and I went for a sweetish couples massage. When looking at the website we see our package included the large hot spa and sauna. BUT!!! Once we are the we are told we can not use them together? In other word he would have to be in his bathroom and me in mines alone!?! The whole point of booking a couples day and to spend the day relaxing together! Also the robes were horrible! They had holes all in the insides! Also not plush but really itchy!! Not fresh! Also with what they charge you would think they would offer disposables sandals and not have to stick my feet in a sandal that has been used a million times! They look like jail sandals from orange is the new black!
BUT!!! The reason for the three stars is because the massage it self was fantastic!! I wish the would let us lay there for at least 10 minutes after the massage to kinda soak in our relaxation..
Yes supposed to do sit in separate rooms for hours while we enjoy this
