Will NEVER return or suggest this salon!! I started seeing a really great stylist and she left so they set me up with a “master stylist “. I received my first three services for half off and thank god for that! I showered the stylist 3 different photos of a cut.. A-line, we had a very in-depth conversation about the cut and I was pretty confident she was able to do it. Well,.... it ended up being the WORST cut I have ever received! She just kept cutting and cutting and put these extremely short layers in there! Also went to get roots covered, got home and realized I STILL had tons of grey roots! I called and spoke to a manager and she did offer my money back but I didn’t want it, should have taken it but it wasn’t going to fix my awful hair cut. I love Aveda but will not return to a place that employs individuals who don’t listen to the client.

BEST HAIR SERVICE EVER!! I tried several salons when I relocated to Colorado, and then I discovered this Aveda Salon. I'll never go anywhere else! Wow - great people, and wonderful, Earth-friendly products. Lyndsey is an amazing stylist, always taking the time to talk to me about my last service and my goals/objectives for this appointment.
The salon is very conveniently located with ample, easy-access parking, and hours that make it easy to schedule service during the day, in the evening, or on weekends - whatever time meets your needs.

So very disappointing. And not the first time. When I go to a spa, I want to feel relaxed and nurtured. But continually the energy in this place is overly stimulating with brash interactions, pushy salespersons and this time around, an overbearing manager (or owner) looming over the poor sales girl at the register ringing up my transaction in a macabre way. I felt extremely uncomfortable and even more, was unable to redeem any of my points for anything worthy as they were not being offered "that month." What's the point of paying 96$ for a bottle of moisturizer (to rack up points) only to be handed Foot Relief (a lower value product I don't need) when I try to redeem them?
Aveda needs to choose their franchisees more carefully if they want to maintain their brand recognition. I buy things here because I love the botanical element, but then again...

Horrible front desk-poor communication and poor customer service. The first visit I got a haircut but you wouldn’t even know it.
The second visit I tried the nail salon- I sat in the “quiet area” for 20 minutes and the girl didn’t even know I was there because the front desk never told the nail tech.
I tried to schedule for coloring but never did because the front desk couldn’t find me appointment lol. A bunch of monkeys running that circus!
