They used hand soap on my feet, quickly did my nails and I got gel polish which started coming up the very next day. I am very dissatisfied with their service.

Two people in the shop getting pedicures. So I walk in everything's going good. I waited 30mins to get my pedicure.while there was only one person doing the pedicures. The owner sat in the back watching. Them had a situation to where it was time to get my kids from school so I had to leave but I did get a wax a few minutes after I made it there.I pay for my wax then look on the receipt I was being charge for the water they ran for my pedicure. I thought a wax cost 8.00 not 13.00 right. This will be my last visit here. I've been coming since 2003!!!! Bad for business!!!

Been to this nail shop twice. First experience was good. I got square round. They did an awesome job. This was in June. 2nd time was January I wanted to try coffin nails and asked if they knew how to do it before she put the tips on. Tiffany the owner said yes. She put the tips on and started cutting them into the alleged shape and they looked horrible. (They are a little different. They shape the tips before applying acrylic) She'd done 2 at that point and I pulled up a pic on my phone to give a visual that they didn't look like coffin nails at all. She then decided that it was my hands that were the problem. My hands were too small. (I have no deformities. I have normal hands). Anyway so of course the two she had cut into her version of coffin nails needed to be removed and she tried to charge me to have the 2 nails soaked off. My issue with this was that #1 this was your error. You lied and said you knew how to do coffin nails when u don't which is fine just don't lie to a customer and say you have a skill you do not possess. Anyways I expressed that that was not my fault and I shucks have to pay for those two to be soaked off. Her defense was that I'd been there many times before and I was just picky and never satisfied. Mean while this was my 2 Nd time there and was thoroughly satisfied on my 1st visit when I got square round. It was my my last visit. Tiffany nails is literally 3 mins away from my house but I'd rather go to Metairie than there. It's principle. Take ownership and stop blaming your customers for you mistakes and your language barrier as a crutch and weapon.
