I had to change from five stars to two, unfortunately... previously I said:
best gel nails I've had. Lasted three weeks, while I was doing a lot of packing and moving.
I went in recently and they used a metal file on my foot which actually left a deep wound. Of course, it wasn’t done intentionally and I didn’t notice until I got home but it is very painful and I hope it doesn’t get infected...

I have been going here for years. And I plan on sticking with them forever. Very personable. The aleays know and remember what I want.

I visit Brooklyn often and never had the same experience in a nail salon. They opened a little earlier than usual and took me right away. Winnie was my nail tech and her technique was on point. She did everything without a UV light, which I appreciated. This will be my perfected nail salon when visiting Brooklyn!!

we do not do this here I had a horrible experience at this salon that is way over priced. The nail technician rushed doing my nails and when I asked her to fix one of my nails she got an attitude. Also my coworker went I warned her about the service but I said maybe it will be better for you. Well that was not the case she went into the salon she showed them her nails and told them she wanted to remove the powder off her nails they told her $10 as she was taking them off she broke her real nails her nails were nice and long she then had to get another technician which she came over and was really rough and she cut all her nails down and did not do a good job buffing her nails she went to complain to the manager and he started yelling at her saying that we spent 20 minutes removing the powder and so my co worker replied so why didn't you say that from the beginning instead of telling me yes I would have went some where else. They have horrible service the gel manicure don't last with in 3 days its peeling. Don't give this salon your money. There are other salons in the area that will do a way better job. the only reason that I put 1 star is because I could not post with out selecting a star, they deserve no stars at all.
