Consistently good. My nails lasted 2 mns between fills. Jennifer is so nice and does an outstanding job. I've been to quite a few nail salons in my time living in Petaluma and so far, this shop is the best!

I had my nails done here the other day. First off, I was told they would be 24 dollars. Then, after the fact, having just the basic acrylic nails put on, with basic clear polish, was told it would be 40 bucks. So, I paid that along with a nice tip. I came back in two days later. My nails were too wide and were cracking in three different places. This is the first time having acrylic nails put on in ten plus years. Jennifer was there when I came back. I showed her where they were cracking and how they were way too wide. She said she couldn’t do anything for me. It wasn’t time to have a “fill”. I asked her to please fix them. She said “I can’t help you, I have customer waiting”. I habd to say I was so frustrated and disappointed. The lady that was waiting for her nails to be done was more pleasant than any of the women working in there. I will never go back. I didn’t ask for a refund,
but only for her to fix what was wrong. Very lousy business ethics!!

Terrible service, make you wait, and nails look bumpy and not good at all.
