RUDE! I know it’s long but trust me and read it! I had my nails done less than a week and they turned brown! That should not happen! They tried to convince me it was my fault! Like I did not pay $30 for my nails for them to turn brown. Then the lady tried to charge me $30 to fill in and paint my nails. I don’t think so. She eventually told me $25 after she realized I wasn’t paying that much, then I told her just to fill them in and not worry about painting them so that for some reason also cost $25🤔 So I called her out and she said okay $15😂 then I asked her again how much it cost to paint them as well, and not to my surprise it magically changed to $20 for that just to get a few extra bucks I guess. When she painted them my accent nail was see through and I asked her to do one more coat and she rolled her eyes at me! Not only that she was worried about her phone the whole time! Like how rude do you have to be to not give up your phone for 15 minutes to do my nails! No wonder they do a bad job! Can’t put down their phones! Even after I was still nice enough to give her a tip! The only good one is the man that works there! So if you’ve made it this far he’s the only reason you should go there!

This place sucks! I had to get my nails done 3 times today and it was gel... that's just crazy.. and the person acted as if I was the one that messed up.. never again!!! Do not go here if you want your nails done the correct way... I would have gave no star if Google would let me....

The staff was very professional and well mannered. They joked and made the experience very fun. Will be going back for sure!! My nails and toes look great.

Dont go here. I only went because it was near my usual spot where the wait time was going to be almost 2 hours and I had somewhere to be before then. The supplies were dirty. There were flies everywhere. The nail tech didnt even talk to me. She would grab my hands and basically throw them where she wanted me to place them. She didnt ask me what color I wanted my gel nails to be until the middle and had to borrow supplies from another technician as well. When i told her what color i wanted, it was a very pale pink because I need my nails to be kept professional. Then when she brought the polish over it was neon- almost orange. I told her no. Then after I corrected her and she brought another color out- still not the right one but definitely more reasonable and light, she told me she didnt like it. I am paying for a service it's not my problem if you dont like the color im putting on my nails- even though it's still not the right one. The gel uv light was disgusting on the inside. I felt gross putting my hands in there at all. I could see the dirt and it felt sticky but if I didnt put my hands all the way down, the light would not stay on. They need to teach these techs how to clean properly. I am very displeased with this salon and I will not go back.

The service is horrible ! If you tell them they did something wrong the are very unapologetic and nonchalant. Instead they try to convince you how you feel is wrong. The females have nasty attitudes and if they do the WILL NOT paint you nails or toes good at all ! Today was my last time going there.
