I've been a customer at this nail salon since 2006. On each visit my nails and feet turn out perfectly. The salon is always clean and pricing is great. I wear acrylic ovelay over my natural nails and they never chip, break or lift.
When service and staff treat you like family you always return.
Definitely one of the best in the area.

I love coming here. It is a long wait but it’s always worth. I don’t have to worry about a technician rushing and leaving with a messed up nail. They take their time and do it right.
Also, I have oily skin, but when I get lashes they last for weeks. Which is great because one of the nail shops by stated that my lashes didn’t last because of my oily skin. Needless to say I will be going to Dena for my lashes.

I have been faithful to Dena's Nail Salon since they opened 13 years ago. I am extremely considerate on the day and time that I have my technician do my nails because I understand that what I request is very time consuming. I am a single mother so I do my best and tip when I can afford to. Recently, in the last year or so the service in the entire salon has declined. When there is a crowd waiting for the salon to open there isn't order to ensure first come first serve and I have witnessed the technicians entertaining verbal alterations with clients when it comes to quality services. The owner is well aware that the culture, quality and service in this shop has declined but she refuses to take action to fix it because she has grown very complacent with the steady stream of income that this location provides for her. At this rate, clients will begin to migrate to other shop locations seeking better services even if it costs more money. How can you call yourself a business owner and not care about the impression your technicians are giving off while you aren't around? I am disgusted with the fact that a technician can tell me to my face what services she DOESN'T like to do for me! I work VERY hard for my money and I don't ask for much. But when it comes to me paying for services I expect nothing less than the best. So now after 13 years I have to find a new location for nail services. They also have increased in prices but I didn't complain. Also, I have recommended so many people to visit this location. I have tons of friends, family and acquaintances that get there nails done here. Well after today we will be moving on to a different nail salon. If you are looking for great customer service, great prices and quality work DO NOT VISIT THIS NAIL SALON!!!

Bad attitudes and the manager is rude. Do nice pedicures but nails always break when I get a full set here. They’re products are cheap that they use. Not kind or personable, I feel like an unwanted customer.

Highly recommend. I got a gel manicure and regular spa pedicure; both were well done & not rushed. My polish has lasted 3.5 weeks & not a single chip! Thank you, I will definitely return!
