On Sunday, 02/03/19, I went to get a manicure and pedicure. While the employee was doing my pedicure, another customer came asking for her. The employee proceeded to tell her that it would take some time because I was doing both. The other customer proceeded to say that she will come back during the week day and then the employee told her not to leave, to just give her 10 minutes. I then told the employee “you will not be finished in 10 minutes.” She responded “no don’t worry about it.” Then when I came to do my manicure, she told me to sit at the table and to wait a minute. She wanted me to wait for another employee to finish with their customer so they can proceed to do my nails in order for her not to lose the other customer that was waiting for her.
That is super unprofessional and unacceptable. As an employee you are suppose to treat all your customers with respect and equal. My daughters and I are loyal customers that have been going there for years and it is sad to see this type of disrespect. Further reports will go into effect.

Best nail place you can go to! They're fast and affordable. The nails always come out beautiful!! I've been coming here for years and they have ALWAYS done an excellent job. Must go for nails!!!

My Daughter was about to get her nails done until I asked the Pedi/Mani Tech to PLEASE wash her hands with Soap,, because the Tech just finished doing a PEDICURE to another customer & she REFUSED.. She sit my Daughter down & skipped her.. How NASTY can this TECH be to REFUSING to wash her Hands !!! Why is she's Afraid of SOAP...
