This use to be my favorite nail salon. I always would come to this salon every 2 weeks. I would be upcharged everytime because of my nail length which was short sometimes but I was still charged for long nails. I recently went in this salon to get a fill-in and a pedicure, I got the at 6:09 I was refused services because they wanted to go home at 7 which is the time they close. I only do gel polish so it wouldn't have took that long.

Honestly if I weren't just looking for a quick manicure I would have rated this lower--they were able to get me in right away and that was nice, and overall the manicure was good (cuticles, etc.) BUT my main frustration was that the polish was inconsistent. It was like it had been thinned out poorly, so it was not super smooth nor consistent in color. It was chipping off pretty badly two days later. I added another layer of OPI top coat at home but to no avail. I don't love gel nails, so I often get just a regular manicure, and I don't expect polish to last forever and ever but usually I get at least a week when I've gone other places in Auburn. I am assuming it's better there if you go ahead and get gel nails instead. Just FYI if you're only looking for a regular manicure.

Great pedicures & super nice people. They work hard 2 make u happy & don't make u feel uncomfortable at all. I'll definetely be coming here from now on! Really happy with their service☺💅

I have been going there for the last 2.5 years. They are really sweet and friendly. Great customer service. They don't pressure you into getting anything you don't want. I'll continue to go to Nail Love..
