All nail shapes are different length, thickness and shape. Filed down my thumb nail on the side until there wasn’t anything left and then painted over it to “fix” her mistake. Won’t be back. After an hour & $40 you’d think I’d get what I had asked for... now I have to get them removed and redone. Mentioned that they weren’t the right shape size or color and was blown off.

My nail broke two days after getting them done. & then the lady wanted to just repaint them so I told her that the nail was BROKE & she just glued it back. & repainted it a DIFFERENT COLOR than my other nails. When I consistently told her it was the wrong color. Never going back.

If I could put 0 stars I would. They gave my mom a bad nail fungus. They’re extremely rude and I can assure I will NOT be coming back. It’s unsafe and unsanitary

Do not get your nails dipped here! Worst experience I have ever had with dip. They started peeling after 2 days and then began lifting on day 3! I’ve NEVER had dip last less than two weeks prior. Bad technique.
