Usually it is ok, at least passable. Yesterday however, was horrible. 1 star is too many. I had SNS nails for the first time. They were so ugly, I had them take them off. They were misshapen, and you could still see my nails under the goop on the edges. I asked for French manicure and it looked like the tips started in the middle of my nail bed. My nails were long and pretty when we started .she reshaped them All wrong. I didn't want them reshaped. All I wanted was a nice color for my nails. She did not explain that SNS is stuff that sits on top of your nail like acrylics do. I didn't need fake nails, mine were pretty until she butchered them. It was awful. Then while she was taking it off, she and another person who works there were talking about it in whatever language it is that they speak. Very obvious and So incredibly rude. She never even apologized. She completely ruined my nails. To fix them, I had to file them back down to the quicks. I have waited almost 2 years to have the time to do my nails and my toes. I was so disappointed. I left in tears. Stupid, I know. I will never go back in there, ever.

Family member went in for first time. No acknowledgement & was told they couldn't accomodate. Rude!!! I guess they don't want business. went elsewhere & got good service, and star nail doesn't close till 8p they got there a little before 6 pathetic!!!

Got my feet done but they did not get the dead skin off plus they cut my toe side my big top. To top it off everyone had a bag in the tub a water but me so i complained and they gave me one. I will never go back again bad experience.
