I drive all the way from downtown Memphis just to get pampered here. I love Amy's. Great quality work. They take pride in their work. They don't rush. I love a place where I can get my nails, feet and eyebrows waxed!! 🙌 They are definitely Worth the drive. Definitely.

Do not come here. I been here an hour and no one even cares .We pull numbers and no numbers are called. They are very slow. I'll update after waiting two more days to get my nails done.
After getting my nails done, I was pissed at how they cannot do nails. I posted all over Facebook so if you want to see, look it up. They have a book with nail design that I chose from. I was told that it could be done. The girl came to do ombre nails (spell check) it look a freaking mess. She constantly laughs and says it's my fault for choosing the wrong color. She took no accountability for her lack of skill.
If you want quality and good customer service, don't go to Amy's nails.
PS..... At least feed Buddha

Very glad my coworker told me about this place, i usually go to glossy nails but they started getting very sloppy with my nails but now im a regular here.I love how they do lashes very neat n quick and they seat you quickly for the nails and toes no matter how busy.My only recommendation is that they get a bigger place.

At one time I was a regular customer. I visited there at least every 2 weeks. I would always leave a generous tip and I recommended this place to several friends. The last 2 times that I went, I was seated quickly but then I can only assume I was forgotten about. Over an hour as other people that arrived behind me were serviced. I finally received attention after I said something about being there for an hour. But they decided to blame the wait on my nails having to soak to be removed. That would have worked if my nails had been soaking all that time. I received a 5 dollar off coupon but I will never use it. I'd rather go somewhere that appreciates a customer. Also, to be clear, they were not busy.
