I have used this salon on and off for the past five years. I just did a walk in for a pedicure ave was happy to find it wasn't very busy (weekday late morning). I selected a deluxe pedicure and was assisted by a middle aged woman I had never seen there previously. The pedicures was one of the worst pedicures I have ever received... And it was the second highest priced available. To start with, she had to ask the other techs what she was supposed to do. She didn't do cuticle removal or clean around the sides of the nails. She removed surface dry skin with the cuticle Clippers, but didn't put any removal cream or push them back prior to clipping. She didn't use exfoliate or the scrubbing block on the bottoms or heels. The nail polish was sloppy, and because she didn't paint the front edges, the polish had chipped in several spots the following day. When I got home from the pedicure, my husband actually said "I thought you were going to get a pedicure, not just a polish change.". Despite the deluxe pedicure, my toes still had dry skin around the edges, the shape was uneven, and the edges of my heels had dry skin. Ford $40, I would expect a better pedicure with much better results. I basically got a $40 nail clipping and polish change.

Today I walked in to get a full set early morning at 10am. As I’m in the middle of getting my nails done a woman walks in and states she has an appointment at 10:30 with Tina who’s already in the middle of doing my nails. It’s clearly 10:40 so she’s already 10mins late to her said “appointment” and I was told that I had to wait for the next available nail tech to finish my nail. I think it’s very unprofessional to stop doing someone’s nails in the middle of a service when my nails were different lengths and still needed to be filed. This is the worst customer service I have ever had here. This is not the first time that I’ve come to this place and everyone is always very kind but this time it was like everyone ignored how I felt as if I was in the wrong for feeling like she should have finished my nails. Now I’m in my car waiting for someone to become available to finish my nails as if I don’t have a life and another things to do with my time. This will be the LAST time that I come to the salon and if I do TINA will not be the one to do my nails. This was very bad for business and to think that I was getting in early to be in and out now having to wait over 20 mins when I could be done getting my nails done.

I have a favorite nail tech who does my nails very nice, but today I had to leave because the nail tech decided to take another customer before me even though I made an appointment with him. Once I arrive, I usually wait 15 -30 minutes for him to finish another customer, which is fine. But to wait even longer, so he can take another customer after I have arrived and waited is unacceptable. I found another nail salon today. I won’t be back. :(

Service is always good, and it is very clean. Prices are very reasonable for the area. I love that you can book appointments online.
