Was there yesterday and it is so unprofessional. The lady or owner whatever she is couldn't even be organized with her own appointments. She rescheduled one of her appointments. She never acknowledge me or the other customer till after she figured out what she was doing. She told me come back later I am super busy with appointments. Okay but yet you rescheduled one of your appointments. She couldn't even tell me what time to come back and to top it off there was only one other employee there. And I'm assuming she didn't do nails .uff worst place to experience a first visit. Of course i never went back. My review is based on their professional environment not the service because I never got anything done being do to their lack of staff and courtesy.

LA Nails is an amazing place to get your nails done!!! I got my acrylics done by Diane and she did an amazing job!!!! My mom, sister, and I love coming to this place because they take their time and they're very nice.

Customer for over 15 years!! Always get my same manicurist. Best to make an appointment.

I been going here for about 3 yrs now. Today was my last. 3 reasons, one she cut me really bad on my pinky because she was to busy watching her phone. 2 she paussed and made a personal phone call and took for ever. 3 the Owner thinks she’s making us a favor and it’s the other way around. We are the customers who give her our money and not for a bad service. So this was my last. If I knew how or where I would report her. She’s not sanitary at all with her stuff. It was a really bad experience because I am pregnant with gestational diabetes and have a high risk pregnancy ... I was trying to have a relaxed time but it was more pain than anything.
