I will never go back to pretty nails salon. My real nails look horrible. I had a gel acrylic full set nails done on me and the guy that did the work didn't sanitize anything. The girl does a little bit better if a job but still they know they aren't suppose to grind a persons nail bed like mine was done, almost to no nail at all. Neither person knows what they are doing at this salon, because they file or grind your own nail bed so badly that it causes infections, redness and swelling. I was told to avoid this place but wanted to give them a chance because of the convenience in location and was a little more reasonablely priced. Truly after my horrible experience there, I'd rather pay $60 or $70 somewhere that does quality work! You had your chance pretty nails! I now know why you're hardly ever busy.. Losing all your clients!

I will never come back to this place and if my finger doesn’t heal and recover I will be sueing this company, I got my nails done I got some acrylic with gel polish he was doing fine till he pulled the drill out and drilled on my original nail! (They are not supposed to do so! Because of how much damage it can cause, than after I look at my nails and some are way thicker than the others and some aren’t fully finished and they looked horrible after! He was in such a rush so he could go eat his food in the back, I understand he might have been hungry but I’m the one paying for my nails! He charged me $40 for this trash and I had to take them off a week later because I’m getting s horrible infection that is causing my one finger to swell very very big and fill with green stuff and alll because he stuck his nasty nails inside of mine to pull them back, noting should be reused like it was on me! Now I have to have my finger cut. I was told to avoid this place but I anf lived here long and it was closest and had two decent reviews, not I regret it horrible because of the infection I have. Charging me 40 for crappy nails then I got charged 20 bucks just to have my toes painted! I wouldn’t be this upset if I wasn’t dealing with this kind of infection in my nail, and him doing stuff that’s not supposed to be done.

I'm not usually one to write reviews, but I just had a very bad experience. I went in for a full set. I had never been there before and I didn't feel like driving all the way to Aiken so I went here instead. Everyone inside was nice and friendly, but the man who did my nails did such a terrible job that I considered walking out half way through. When he glued on the acrylic tips, he made them angle upward very awkwardly. Then he asked what length I wanted and he cut them. Then went and cut my right hand shorter even though they were even lengths to begin with. Then when I asked for coffin shaped nails he said it would be $5 more which I thought was ridiculous, but I was already there and halfway though with it all, so I agreed. When he cut the corners off of the nails on my right hand to shape them, they all angled extremely to the right. He noticed and attempted to fix them, but it was nearly impossible because of how much of the nail he had already cut off. When he applied the acrylic, he got it on my skin and under my nail and I'm still trying to peel it all off even after he tried filing it off with the drill. Then he asked me to go wash my hands which was when I noticed how crooked the ends were. I basically had the "lipstick" shaped nails (but only on my right hand.) I asked him to straighten them out, which he also tried to do, but only wound up making them much shorter and still a little crooked. I was so exasperated and upset at this point that I was just ready to leave so now I have ridiculously short and crooked nails that I can't stand to look at. Oh, and I wasted $30. I wish I had just done it myself.
