I don't even give them a star... just did it to give review!! Very unprofessional with rookie supposed to be nail techs. I got a full set, and went on vacation. Two days later nails were popping off without provocation. I called to see if they would repair them? They told me no! I will never go here again, and you will be reported to the BBB. Paid too much money to be scammed and disrespected!! DON'T GO HERE!!!

I'm currently in the chair getting a pedicure, she's cut my toe 3 times and seems like an amitur. I'd be bogus if I kick the lady.
I'd recommend you choose another shady Waukegan location.
