Initially I thought the place was nice. I got a regular pedicure & gel manicure. I was told the colors would match. They didn’t. The regular color was noticeably darker. Regardless of the color not matching, my nails looked great. After 5 days one of my nails chipped. I called & asked if I could come in to get just the one nail fixed. Over the phone it seemed like now big deal. When I got there I was grilled about who did my nails & what color I choose. Since the woman who did my nails was there, I didn’t want to single her out so I said didn’t remember. I then told the owner what the color number was & she said I was wrong. Pulled out the color samples pointed to the number & said just pick anything out. I grabbed the samples next to the one she threw down & the exact number I said was the right color. I just wanted 1 chipped nail fixed after only a few days. I was made to feel like I was a bother or as though I was lying about where I got my nails done??!!? It was an over all poor experience & will never return.

Ellen is one of the best in Scottsdale! She gets it, she’s good at what she does and after 6 places I’m done looking for someone.. just get!

Love this place, the employees are friendly and the establishment is very clean. Ellen is the best!. She does amazing work, I am never disappointed.

Best pedicure I’ve ever had. Alex was so thorough and took his time. My bent old lady toes look spectacular. Thank you.
